My primary medium is oil, and the technique I keep coming back to is wet-on-wet, the same method Bob Ross made famous on The Joy of Painting. It's a process built on layering, on happy accidents, and on trusting that the painting knows where it wants to go.

Landscapes are my foundation, but I've been drawn deeper into florals, wildlife, and, because I can't help myself, fantasy and video-game-inspired scenes painted with the same classical oil technique. I also work in watercolors, charcoal, and mixed media when a piece calls for something different.
